SirRobbit — Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using SirRobbit in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please stop using the bot.

Description of the service

SirRobbit is a community-management bot that automates reactions, support/bug-report and guild-recruitment forum threads, role-change announcements, and moderator on-call scheduling.

Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement (13 years old, or higher where required by local law) to use SirRobbit. Use of the bot must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or abusive bug reports or recruitment posts.
• Use the bot to spam, harass, or send illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the bot or its infrastructure.

Availability

We do our best to keep SirRobbit online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The bot may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The SirRobbit name and its code belong to LuhCaran. Any game or trademark referenced by the bot's community belongs to its respective owner; SirRobbit is an independent, unofficial tool for the community and claims no rights over them.

Moderation and enforcement

We, and the moderators of the server where SirRobbit operates, may restrict or remove access to the bot's features (for example, closing a thread or removing the mod-ping role) for any user who abuses it or violates these terms, without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

SirRobbit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.

Termination

We may discontinue SirRobbit, or any of its features, at any time. Server administrators can remove the bot from their server at any time by revoking its access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we make a substantial change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
