By using Alex in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please stop using the bot.
Alex is a community-management bot for the Archero 2 Discord community. It automates reactions, party-invite matching, forum-thread handling (bug reports, guild recruitment, suggestions), role-change announcements, and moderator on-call scheduling.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement (13 years old, or higher where required by local law) to use Alex. Use of the bot must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We do our best to keep Alex online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The bot may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, without prior notice.
The Alex name and its code belong to LuhCaran. Archero 2 and related trademarks belong to their respective owner (Habby); Alex is an independent, unofficial tool for the community and claims no rights over them.
We, and the moderators of the server where Alex operates, may restrict or remove access to the bot's features (for example, closing a thread or removing the mod-ping role) for any user who abuses it or violates these terms, without prior notice.
Alex is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.
We may discontinue Alex, or any of its features, at any time. Server administrators can remove the bot from their server at any time by revoking its access.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If we make a substantial change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
